Taking a break from tax I decided I would make my first blog entry ever. If anyone reads this I will be astounded. Not because I have a lack of faith in public school systems.. but because I don't believe that anyone actually cares enough about another persons personal experiences to read daily, weekly or hell.. even monthly entries. I do feel that this could be a healthy way for me to vent any kind of frustration though... perhaps share some funny stories from the weekend.. so here goes...
This weekend: I went to birmingham for 2 reasons... 1) to see my old roommate who is now working for the man.. and by man... I mean York Co. (Side note: he works in a building that was just recently build... and I told him "it must be nice working in a New York building"... .... yeah.. it wasn't really funny at the time either.) and... 2) for a girl (always..) which didn't work out... I don't even know why I thought it would. Boyfriends are usually a pretty big obsticle.
The weekend was fun. Went bar-hopping and saw "Rollin' in the Hay" again. It annoyed me that they wouldn't play requests.... OF THERE OWN SONGS!... I could understand if it was someone elses song that they usually covered... but this is your own material.. be proud of it ya bastards.
Drinks are expensive. I blew $72 this weekend... at least it wasn't $120 like the past 2 athens weekends... c'est la vie
Thats it for now.. maybe another next sunday... or wed night if i have a bad tax test... may need to vent
